The Music and congress hall of Lübeck was created by the international architect Meinhard von Gerkan and unites the congress center, concert hall as well as the city and exhibition hall. Each year are there over 300 events where lovers of art, music and theater as well as experts in science, economy and research meet. With a total are of 4000m2 has it 15 event rooms for up to 3500 persons. With its location near by the Trave and directly to the old town did the MuK developed into an event location with international quality over 20 years of being. The concert has made itself a name over the frontier. Experts acclaim the acoustic as “world class” and international stars are happy just like hundreds of thousands of enthusiastic visitors. Furthermore, the music and congress hall is the main stage for the Schleswig-Holstein music festival which is one of the renowned international music festivals in the summer months. From renting up to full time service does the event management fulfill all customer requests up to 2000 participants. In the philosophy of the music and congress hall does sustainability and environmental protection play a big role. The event is known for its engagement in sustainability over the frontiers. In march 2015 went the MuK through the ÖkoProfit recertification again and has achieved it set goals successfully. Therefore is the MuK one of the successful certified event housings throughout Germany.
Beautiful sandy beach just outside Kiel with dunes and lighthouse. A parking lot is 300 meters away. The large container and cruise ships can be easily observed from the beach.

The Steep coast goes from Niendorf to Travemünde. On it are forest, fields and a golfclub. There are three houses direct at the coast. The only area to reach by car is the parkingplace at the Hermannshöhe, a bustourist and coffeeplace Restaurant.
