MOIN! We are Moving Images North. As the film funding organisation of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and the state of Schleswig-Holstein, we move images in and to the North. Our funding portfolio includes award-winning films such as "The Teachers' Lounge" by İlker Çatak, innovative formats such as the VRHAM Festival and high-end series such as the upcoming BIPoC production "Black Fruits".

With an annual budget of around 15 million euros, we support every step of the filmmaking process - from the first draft to filming to the cinema release and festival presentation.

Employee for the area of contract management

The position is permanent and full-time (39 hours per week), home office is partially possible.

You fit in with us if

Your to-dos with us:

  • Auditing new funding projects in cooperation with an external auditing company

  • Advising funding recipients on the financial and organisational handling of their funding

  • Drafting funding contracts

  • Processing contracts from A-Z: From payment of instalments to monitoring deadlines and tracking the development status to central project filing

  • Checking proof of use for special measures

  • Revenue management

This is what you have in your luggage:

  • The passion to work together in a team to advance the industry

  • An independent and meticulous way of working

  • Strong sense of responsibility

  • Affinity for numbers

  • Eagerness to communicate

  • University degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on business and/or administrative law

  • Good knowledge of English

"Nice to have", but not a must:

  • Experience in the Distribution/Distribution of films or in the production sector

  • Knowledge of regional and national film funding structures

  • Knowledge of state budget law / grant law
