A total of 18 funded films are on the programme of the 67th Berlin International Film Festival from 9 to 19 February 2017. The FFHSH is on site at the European Film Market and is presenting various events.

Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein is represented at this year's Berlinale with ten productions in the official programme:
WithThe Wound - The Wound by John Trengrove will open the main "Panorama" programme, which will also featureMy wonderful West Berlin by Jochen Hick is running. In the "Generation Kplus" section, the two animated filmsThe bunny school - Hunt for the golden egg von Münchow-Pohl and High-flyers. Small birds - big clatter by Toby Genkel had its world premiere.
As a "Berlinale Special" the filmOnce upon a time in Germany by Sam Garbarski and on the occasion of the death of film director Werner Nekes the current DocumentaryWerner Nekes - Life between the worlds by Ulrike Pfeiffer will be shown. In the "Perspektive Deutsches Kino" section, the short filmFinal Stage by HFBK graduate Nicolaas Schmidt and the DocumentaryKings of the world by Christian von Brockhausen and Timo Großpietsch, in the "Forum" comesFrom a year of non-events by Ann Carolin Renninger and René Frölke.
As part of the distribution of the TEDDY Award to Hamburg film director Monika Treut, her second feature filmThe virginity machine from 1988 to the big screen once again.

Panel: Sustainability Reloaded11 February 2017, Representation of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in Berlin For the third time, the FFHSH is organising a Green Panel at the Representation of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in Berlin. Two discussion rounds will focus on sustainable production practices from planning to post production and the extent to which environmentally friendly productions pay off. The moderator will be film journalist Birgit Heidsiek, whose fifth issue of the magazine "Green Film Shooting" is being published in cooperation with the FFHSH to coincide with the Berlinale.

Hamburg Film Brunch13 February 2016, Representation of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in Berlin. Admission by personal invitation only. On the first Sunday of the Berlinale, the Hamburg Senate Reception will take place at the State Representation. The "Hamburg Film Brunch" is hosted by the Senate of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein.
