Call for projects

The co-production event brings together twenty European Executive Producers in search of international partners over three days from 3 to 6 October in Hamburg. In addition to networking with the other producers, the event offers a marketplace with around twenty editors, global distributors and other financiers as well as intensive project work on some of the submitted series ideas with the two renowned international Script Writers John Yorke ("Wolf's Hall") and Nicolaj Scherfig ("The Bridge").

This year, a prize will also be awarded for the first time: A jury will decide on the prize for the best series project, which is endowed with 7,500 euros and sponsored by NDR.

If you are interested, please contactCreative Europe Desk Hamburg. Participation for Executive Producers is free of charge. Executive Producers and Script Writers are welcome to participate in tandems, but the costs for a second person cannot be covered.

The prerequisite is international production experience and a series in development for which initial financing has already been secured.

The closing date for applications is 26 June 2017.
