In collaboration with EAVE, MOIN Film Fund, Hessen Film & Medien and nordmedia Film- u. Mediengesellschaft are enabling a total of nine production companies to take part in the ‘EAVE on Demand: Company Strategies’ workshop. The programme is aimed at executives who wish to further develop their corporate strategy, explore new business models and position their company for a sustainable future. Three companies will be selected from each funding region, with two representatives from each company eligible to attend the workshop. The deadline for applications is 7 September 2026.
Application period: from 7 August 2026 to 7 September 2026 at 12 noon.

EAVE on Demand: Company Strategies is a workshop for Executive Producers from the regions supported by MOIN Film Fund, Hessen Film & Medien and nordmedia Film- und Mediengesellschaft Niedersachsen/Bremen. It focuses on the strategic development of production companies and on strengthening entrepreneurial skills.
Topics include, amongst others:
Corporate strategies and business models
Corporate planning and staff development
Leadership skills and resilience
The workshop consists of group work, masterclasses, business case studies and one-to-one consultations with international experts.
The workshop will take place from 30 November to 3 December 2026 in Frankfurt . The exact venue will be announced in due course.
Applications are open to up-and-coming production companies from the regions supported by MOIN Film Fund Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein, Hessen Film & Medien and nordmedia Film- und Mediengesellschaft Niedersachsen/Bremen, which
have already established a solid market presence,
have produced and distributed at least one feature film,
have produced fewer than five feature films,
see growth potential in their company and wish to develop further in the international market.
Up to two people (Segment Producers) from each selected company may take part in the workshop

Three companies will be selected from each funding region. The selection will be made by the respective funding organisations in consultation with EAVE.
