Durch außergewöhnliche Boden-Tore betritt man die unterirdische Welt des 2013 wiedereröffneten Mojo Clubs. Auf über 400 qm vereinen sich Beton, Holz und Geometrie zu einem architektonischen Meisterwerk. Der Club an der Reeperbahn 1 bietet eine Auswahl von besonderen Räumlichkeiten: den Publikumsraum von ca. 150 qm mit darüber liegendem Rang und Verbindung zur 70 qm großen Bühne mit LED-Wand. Außerdem drei Bars, drei Backstage-Räume, eine Catering Küche sowie zwei Produktionsbüros und auch ein Raucherbereich. Ohne Tageslicht können diese Ebenen mit modernsten Licht- und Soundanlagen sowie technischer Betreuung zum Leben erweckt werden. Oberirdisch befindet sich das Mojo Jazz Café mit weitläufigen Fensterfronten, die für eine lichtdurchflutete Atmosphäre sorgen. Der Club ist mit einem Zugang zur Tiefgarage von 2m Höhe und einem Schwerlastenaufzug (2,8m x 1,6m) ausgestattet. W-Lan gibt’s via Glasfaser und kann bis zu 10 GB synchron aufgestockt werden. Das Mojo Team hat bereits Erfahrung mit Kino- und Werbefilm-Produktionen.

Hamburg"s most notorious area, the Reeperbahn, a street of cabarets, peep-shows and bars is part of the redlight district in St. Pauli by the harbour. Best seen by night for its neon facades, the Reeperbahn is a line of casinos, clubs, restaurants, fast food places and prostitutes. Amongst this tacky mixture, the old amusement area also offers serious entertainment, such as performances, cabaret and musicals in the old St. Pauli Theatre next to the famous "Davidswache" police station, in the local musical hall and in the "Schmidts Tivoli" theatre.

Urban and maritime ambiance between amusement centre and harbour: On the ancient area of the Bavaria-Brewery (ASTRA), at the top of the Landungsbrücken, between Davidstraße (David Street), Hopfenstraße (Hopfen Street), Zirkusweg (Zirkus Alley) and Bernhard-Nocht-Straße (Bernhard-Nocht-Street) a complete new district grew up. Since a few years it is not possible anymore to ignore the social change in the district St.Pauli. The Area of the old Bavaria-Brewery is for many ex-residents and critics the unloved symbol of the gentrification. Within the framework of the proposed urban-planning development the 30.000 square meter large area was fragmented into six building areas, which have all their own style of architecture. A square with supermarket, bakery, drugstore and banks generates the center of the new “district-in-the-district”. At the corner Bernhard-Nocht-Straße 3 / Davidstraße the Empire-Riverside-Hotel was built, including the 20up Bar on the 20st floor and at the Zirkusweg the spectacular Atlantic-Haus raises 90 meters into the sky. Also the view from the highest level of the 60 meter high Astra-Tower with a comfortable Roof-Terrace is amazing.
