The Committee selected three projects from the six applications for Fundings:

Electric Sleep by Zeynep Dadak, 20,000 euros Co-production: Fenafilm & unafilm (Berlin)

The projects that emerged from the German-Turkish Co-Production Development Fund include, for example, Emin Alper's "A Tale Of Three Sisters", a co-production by Berlin-based Komplizen Film, which screened in the 2019 Berlinale competition, won the prize for Best Directors at the Sarajevo Film Festival and is currently in the running for the European Film Awards.

The German-Turkish Co-Production Development Fund was launched in 2011 by Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein, Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg and the Istanbul Film Festival - Meetings on the Bridge - with the aim of strengthening cooperation between German and Turkish filmmakers.
