
10 new projects for the German-Turkish Co-Production Development Fund

Hamburg/Berlin/Istanbul, 20.11.25 - The German-Turkish Co-Production Development Fund of Medienboard, MOIN Film Fund Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein and Meetings on the Bridge - the co-production platform of the Istanbul Film Festival - is supporting ten film projects that are being developed in cooperation between Turkish and German production companies.
Founded in 2011, the fund supports feature films from Turkey and Germany in the early stages of development. This year, more applications have been received than ever before. For the first time, funding totalling 125,000 euros will be awarded to ten projects - the highest amount of funding since the fund was established. Half of the funded projects are debut feature films, which reaffirms the fund's ongoing commitment to young filmmakers.
