Applications can only be submitted online and in English via this website link. Application deadline is 2 March. You will find out by 13 March whether you have been selected for the Pitching Forum.

Timing

The Pitching Forum will take place during the Norwegian Short Film Festival (10-14 June 2026) in Grimstad, Norway. A total of 12 up-and-coming filmmakers from all over Europe will present their projects to a jury and the attending audience. The pitch event is scheduled for Thursday, 11 June. The pitch will be preceded by an obligatory workshop on 10 June. The selected participants must also take part in an online preparation session on 3 June.

Travel, accommodation and meals will be covered for the period from 9 to 13 June 2026. June 2026 will be covered by the MOIN Film Fund.
