In the nominations announced today for the German Film Awards 2018, five FFHSH-funded films have received a total of 21 nominations. Ten nominations alone go to "3 Days in Quiberon" by Emily Atef and five to the Golden Globe winner "Into the Fate" by Fatih Akin. Directors Hark Bohm from Hamburg will also be awarded an honorary LOLA at the awards ceremony on 27 April.

Honorary Award for Hark Bohm: Directors and Script Writer Hark Bohm ("Nordsee ist Mordsee") will be honoured at the German Film Awards for his outstanding services. He is also being honoured for his work on Fatih Akin's Into the fate nominated in the "Best Script" category.
